What Is a Warehouse Return?

When we joined the Amazon marketplace in late 2022, we were thrilled to share our handcrafted Mother’s Angels^® ornaments with a wider audience. Our initial launch exceeded expectations, and we eagerly sent hundreds of our popular designs to Amazon's warehouses, enabling Prime shipping for our customers. Unfortunately, as the economy shifted in early 2023, sales slowed, and Amazon began returning inventory after the one-year storage period in 2024.

This returned inventory, comes with a story. To meet Amazon’s strict packaging guidelines at the time, we transitioned from our usual hang-tag and bag setup to small kraft jewelry boxes lined with a cotton pad. While this met Amazon’s standards, we later discovered that the cotton lining caused cotton microfibers to cling to the ornaments' adhesives. Although the ornaments themselves remain beautiful and undamaged, the fibers may require some effort to remove (tweezers and duct tape can do wonders — just be cautious not to scratch the delicate surface!).

As a small business, we don’t have the resources to clean each ornament individually and repackage. While we’ve received no complaints about the packaging during their time on Amazon, the returned inventory does not meet our high standards for direct sale on our website. Instead, we’re offering them to you at a significant discount, allowing these beautiful creations to find their way into loving homes.

Important Details:

• Condition: This ornament has been unopened since its return from the warehouse. The ornament itself is undamaged, but the cotton lining may have left cotton/microfibers attached to the ornament's surface. Cleaning may be required before display.
• Packaging: Each ornament comes in a kraft jewelry box with the cloth microfiber lining, the ornament itself, and a brochure introducing Forged Flare^®. Please see the product photo for reference.
• Final Sale: Due to the nature of these items and the deep discount offered, all sales are final.
